Mechanical Design and Verification
- Design verification and stress analysis of mechanical structures and components to current Australian standards using Engineering first principles and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Forklift attachments (Lifting Jibs) – design verification and certification in accordance with AS 2359.1.
- Workshop stands and vehicle stands - design verification and certification in accordance with AS2538.
Load Restraint
- Consultant to Heavy Haulage Transport Contractors for third party verification of load restraint to the National Transport Commission (NTC) Load Restraint Guide. Previous Project have included tunnel boring machines (TBM) and Concrete Bridge T-Beam Segments.
- Load restraint system design – design and certification of load restraint systems according to the National Transport Commission (NTC) Load Restraint guide 2018 for light and heavy vehicles.
- Testing to AS/NZS 4380; Motor Vehicles – Cargo Restraint Systems – Transport Webbing and Components.
- Testing and Certification of Light Vehicle Utility Trays against the National Transport Commission (NTC) Load Restraint Guide
